Delete Hate From Your Life

Hate is a burden in our lives. Its like a bag of bricks. When we carry it long enough, it gives us pain and anger. It gives us stress and a heavy heart.

Hate makes our lives miserable. And most of us don't want a miserable life. If you do, then stop reading at this point.

For those who want to eliminate hate in our lives, There are tried and tested steps on how to do it. Let me share it to you...
  1. Remove Fear. It is the root of all hate. When we fear something, we can't think and act straight. We have to accept and remove all fears because eventually, everything is gonna be alright.
  2. Be Contented. Envy is also one root to hate. So be contented with the things you own and have. Whatever things you don't need is only to satisfy your wants. So be contented with what you have.
  3. Appreciate. All you have are blessings so be grateful. Don't hate your life if you don't have this or that. And even don't compare yourself to others because you know that we are unique individuals and have different situations in life. So give thanks that we are still alive, at least.
Hate is bad for all of us. So don't linger with it. It will destroy your lives if you're not mindful of it.
