Assuming Versus Asking

"But you are making assumptions without all the facts, and that’s not a sign of intelligence."
 – C.C. Hunter

Assumptions leads to mistakes. Admit it, if we knew its wrong, we wouldn't have made that decision, action or word for it. We already took the right action for it.

Assuming is really a pain in the ass. Assumptions are just a gut feeling, a mere fraction of a thought we developed in our minds to have a conclusion. Well, in real life, assumptions doesn't work.

We need proofs for our words and actions. And asking is the greatest way to know it. Whether its verbal or written, we need to gather facts before having a conclusion.

I know I have to master this trait but this is a great way to make sure we are on the right direction. So don't need to be shy to ask a question. There is no dumb or stupid question. We just need facts to conclude.
