Changes

I'm willing to change for the better. No. Not willing but I need to. I noticed that I'm not doing something good and I'm self centered. I do things that I, myself, want.

Hopefully, eveyone else sees my changes. I don't want people expecting then they get something else.

I listed my bucket list but for the logest time it remains as a "list". I'm determined to make it a reality. So wthout further a do, here are the things I want to change...

  • Quit smoking using the "Three Hour Method"
  • Exercise everyday.
  • No drinking.
  • Meditate.

I have written this before and I don't want this as "a just written". My philosophy is "as it is written so it should be done". And I want it done.
